The architect should strive continually to simplify; the ensemble of the rooms should then be carefully considered that comfort and utility may go hand in hand with beauty.

This reminds me of the Adobe houses in New Mexico. Very functional architecture. They are cool in summer and warm in winter.
There is a warmth to the coloring of this structure that I really like. Perhaps because it's so cold where I am right now!
